RTX 5280 – Rotary Table Machining Center Ø820
This machine is suitable for 1- or 2-spindle drilling, reaming, countersinking, taper reaming and tapping of holes arranged on pitch circles. The capacity of both ram units is suited for solid drilling up to Ø35 mm and tapping up to M24.
The one-part machine base with integrated crossbar is made of a vibration-reducing composite material. The base frame surfaces are arranged angular to the chip conveyor. A 3-jaw power chuck is integrated in the Ø820 mm rotary table.
Two firm pick-up tool changers have a capacity for up to 16 tools. The machine is equipped with a full work room guard. Two manual sliding-doors can be opened for the crane loading.
